Cowabunga!!! It's Pizza Time - Shredder's Revenge - Review

The Ninja Turtles are back!! Shredder's Revenge has come on the scene and the arcade fun from the 80's and 90's returns. If you were a gamer who loved Konami coin-op games such as Simpsons, X-Men, and of course Turtles in Time you will feel right at home. This game creates a rush of nostalgia and great times with your friends as you reminiscence the fond memories of childhood again.

It's beat-'em up action at it's finest. New features this time around include new players such as Splinter and my fan favorite Casey Jones. He is ready to put some vengeance on those lawbreakers. Some new quality of life features include the addition of six-player co-op. Yes you heard that right?!?   

This game ranges from 1 1/2 -2 hrs. of gameplay but offers much in terms of replay to grab collectibles or have those fun sessions when you have friends around on the couch or online. 

It's got a very stylized and polish look with some amazing animations from attacking to reviving your turtle with the smell and allured aroma of pizza. The levels range from remixes/new versions of classic levels as well as new original ones that keep the gameplay fresh and for new things to look at as you bash the skulls of the Foot and chase after Shredder and his minions. 

You have many of your favorites returning from both the heroes and villain's side. You have favorites ranging from Rocksteady and Bebop to Krang and Shredder. You also have characters from the TV series such as the Neutrinos and many more. 

It was a treat being able to remember locations from both the old games as well as the TV series from back in the day!

I highly recommend you level up and play this game its fun for new players and old players alike.
